Purchase and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the site. We may, in our sole discretion limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, re-seller, or distributors.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchases made via the site. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases if deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time.
  • You agree to pay all charges at then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any error or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

Shipping and Delivery

You agree to provide current, most up to date shipping information upon placing your order. Failure to send us your correct address may result in a lost item or returned to us. We are not responsible for re sending your order, however, items returned to us upon failure to ship due to invalid addresses may be eligible ship it out again, but may include additional shipping fees and/or other charges.

  • If you would like to make any changes to your shipping information, all inquires should be sent before orders are packed.
  • All non-letter sized orders automatically include tracking.
  • Orders with tracking will automatically receive an email with their tracking information within 24 hours of their order being shipped
  • Due to updated VAT policies, we can no longer offer orders to the UK. It is one of the downsides to being a small business unfortunately.
  • If you have found that your address is incorrect after it has been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we can make changes to your order, but please contact us via email or use the order chnage form. In the event your incorrect address is a separate valid address, we cannot do anything about this. We can send you a replacement but you will be charged again.
  • Due to current events, services to some locations have been suspended. However, we will continue to take and process international orders. Any order placed in locations we either cannot reach at the moment or shipping costs are far beyond what we charge, we will email those affected accordingly and hold their order until we can ship them. If you wish to cancel your order and we have not already shipped them, please reach out to us via email or through the order change form.

  • Returns are permitted but the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and will only receive a refund for the cost of the order after card processing fees. Initial shipping cannot be refunded. To initiate a return please reach out via email or use the contact form. Returned items must be in their original condition.
  • Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you think an item is damaged/defective please reach out to me via or use the contact form
  • Cancellations are permitted as long as the order has not already been shipped. To cancel an order, please reach out to me via email or use the contact form. Please note that the full order amount may not be refunded. I am unable to refund card processing fees so please keep this in mind when you are placing an order.
  • If you think your order is damaged please submit a request here or email me at with your order number, pictures, and details. After assessing the issue the buyer may be eligible for a replacement, return, or refund depending on the severity but this cannot be guaranteed.
  • If an item is missing from your order, I will try to ship it free of charge but I cannot guarantee this.
